Diploma/Degree in Mech/Elec/Electronic Engineering

12th science with Physics and Math

3 years work experience in any technical field or workshop, evidence required

2 weeks or 10 days

Week 1: Basic ROV theory, ROV industry and its application, Sensors and sensor integration, Basic ROV fault finding, ROV manual and schematics, Basics of electricity, electronics, fiber optics and hydraulics, Electrical lab work, soldering, use of multimeter, megger and Ampere meter etc followed by written assessments

Week 2: Basic underwater Navigation theory followed by ROV simulator missions both Basic and Advanced. Emphasis shall solely be on honing flying skills in all types of underwater conditions such as poor visibility, strong currents and Night mode.

Revision and Final Assessments followed by certification

5 days Mon to Friday

Day 1: Micro ROV theory, application, Sensors and sensor integration and Basic fault finding

Day 2: Basic Underwater Navigation and ROV simulator missions

Day 3: ROV Simulator missions BASIC

Day 4: ROV Simulator missions ADVANCED

Day 5: Revision and Assessments followed by certification

Designed for companies who want to train their crew as per industry standards.

Training shall be provided at the clients chosen location.

Designed for those ROV Pilot who have low hours in their logbook and for those who would like to train for any special tasks such as Platform inspection, Subsea construction.

For Enthusiasts / Amateur underwater Film makers /Scuba divers who wish to get a feel of operating an ROV underwater in a pool with some underwater pool tasks/challenges thrown in. Training is both on Simulator and Pool.
